In the past, I have had "rumbling" from the box as it is not a tight fit onto the rubber buffers on the holding rack. My solution was to stick hard foam strips under the box so that you have to firmly "force" the box onto the locking mechanism. I started with two pieces either side of the box 5mm thick, tried thicker, but it would not compress enough. The 5mm (quarter inch approx) rubber foam worked.

I stuck it on the box and not the rack mount so that it wasn't visible when riding with the box off.

The foam I used was the hard to compress type. It was black high density, not the type of foam from a bath sponge or disk scrubber.

Hard to describe, but I hope you get the idea.
