Very nice machine setup. What tumbler do you use and what media do you use?
For my projects in aluminum I use the large Harbor Freight tumbler with the gray triangles. I typically powder coat after so I never go to a finer media for a better finish.
I also love using a chop saw for cutting stock. Not that a bandsaw doesn't work, but the chips just fly with the right blade. I use
