Other than rumors, I don't have any knowledge of a 450cc RX3 being developed. If such a bike is actually being developed, I don't think we will see it being manufactured very soon.

I'm sure the shipping costs for the aluminum panniers would be quite high. I think it is probably best to purchase the Tourfella luggage from CSC. Besides the comparable cost, the items will arrive faster from CSC, and you will be covered regarding shipping damage, and defective merchandise. Trying to file a claim with Taobao would be much more difficult, if not impossible.

Besides the Tourfella luggage, you can also purchase Tusk panniers in two different sizes. One could purchase the luggage racks from Taobao to mount these panniers, or other panniers.
