Weld, it looks to me as if the bolt that goes through the lowering link isn't supposed to pivot or act as a pivot. It seems to clamp the link to the knuckle arm by the shoulders of the two NEEDLE BEARINGS (how's that for emphasis?) which are the pivots.

I guess we won't know for sure until someone here actually rips in to the suspension.
I am curious why grease fittings were not installed at all these bearings in the suspension.
