The rep from Ricky Power Sports who distribute Haosen in the US who is also a forum member has mentioned 360powersports as being reliable. In fact if you find member 'Adam Rinkleff' he will tell you who he thinks might be best. As far as complaints go, try to avoid the one(s) who take the longest to send you the MCO or MSO (these are the 'manufacturers certificates of origin'-MCO, or 'manufacturers statement of orignin'-MSO) which, besides the bill of sale, is what you will need to register the bikes. However, a few states will not street register Hawks, Pennsylvania is one, probably the MAIN one, as well as California (which rarely has street legal Chinese enduros allowed for plating), and possibly a few others. Not to scare you, but just be aware as a few members from Penn., and possibly another state had to send their bikes back to where they mail-ordered their bikes because the states would not budge on titling/registration.
