that's an odd one for sure.
your tire is fine to keep using though. I once got a nail in a tubless tire on my V45 Sabre. the dealer did not have a tire replacement in stock, so he put a tube in it and I rode for thousands of miles like that. your situation is no different. ride it like ya stole it!
