Pull the plug to see if it has a spark. If it does it could be a clogged jet on the carb. Seem to be happening a lot lately on here. I know when I first tried to start my daughters UTV I cranked it till I had killed the battery. After it set for about an hour to charge the battery it cranked up and spit and sputtered for a while till what ever they pack in the carb for shipping had dissolved.
