OK. Time from work is at a premium. I was able to take off the stock exhaust today. I assembled and temporarily installed the new exhaust. Waiting on the new Carb and Air Intake before i tighten anything.
I noticed when I took off the stock, there was no gasket. I installed the copper gasket with the new exhaust. the air box will be uninstalled, so all the holes will line up without obstruction.
