You can't go wrong with either one
The Shark is obviously more for road use, while the Enforcer would be a Hawk substitute (more for trail riding, namely because of the stock tires both the Hawk and Enforcer come with; obviously, that can be fixed with less aggressive knobbies/dual sport tires). Personally, I have been used to Chinese enduros offered with racks for years, and my primary use would be commuting (Yuma's surrounding desert is generally piss-poor for two-wheelers other than those with serious power and paddle tires ruling out fun trail rides), so I would lean towards the Shark. However, if it could be confirmed to work, the rack sold by CSC for their TT250 could fix the lack of a rack for the Enforcer, if you have trails to ride and could make use of the Enforcer.
