So the bike starts fine and it idles fine. When it's in neutral and I give it gas, it does not seem to hesitate. But when I start to ride it, it seems to bog down as I'm giving it gas so I back off to avoid stalling the engine.

This happens in 2nd and 3rd gears.

It's still running the stock carb and air filter.
