Oh, I'm sure it will, but I don't plan on running any highways with it. Maybe some blacktop, but not highway. If it becomes an issue, there's always those wheel weights that clamp onto the spokes to get it close.
I had my doubts on whether I'd need one on front or not. I may just go with one in the rear and be done with it. I just don't like the idea of ripping the stem out of a $27 tube (4mm Michelins) LOL!
