I am not sure how steep the hill(s) you mention are, but on my daily commute, my TGB 150 slows from (an indicated on the speedo which is probably somewhat accurate) 62, 63 mph to 54, 55 on a couple blocks long hill at a few percent grade. It is the only hill I encounter in 16+ miles, and is only a couple blocks long, but it is annoying because I have to make a left once I get to the top and it flattens out, but bunches of traffic catches up (it is a four lane highway), so I sometimes am powerless to keep ahead of traffic and have to wait for the bunches of cars to pass me in the left lane so I can maneuver over to the left.
