Before Peace Sports got the Brozz back, I had been corresponding with the rep, and asked him about CARB (this was before I was even thinking of moving back to L.A., LOL), and he stated there are too few sold to warrant trying for CARB. At the time, I was in AZ, so it didn't bug me, but now that I am in L.A., it bothers me, LOL. I still have my AZ driver's license and my wife and kids are still in Yuma, so I might try the loophole.
