I am looking to purchase this bike:

It's a 200cc dirt bike, looks nice, and the website description is "MRT TR 200 - CB, 163FML-2,cilindro simple, enfriado por aire, 4 tiempos" - so 4 stroke, air cooled.
I went to look at it and the serial starts with a star and then LXYJCML00J0.. which whomademybike.com says its a Shineray.
163FML-2 is the engine which I found is made by Lifan.
The shineray site has this bike:
http://www.shineray-atv.com/dir_xilie.asp?id=351 which looks like the one above but the fork is different (inverted) and the engine is 125cc.
This other one
http://www.shineray-atv.com/dir_xilie.asp?id=452 does have the 200cc engine, but the fork is different.
It looks like its a xy200GY-5 - with a lifan 200cc engine? Is that right, Shineray is the bike builder and Lifain makes the engines?
I've read that lifan is one of the better engines, so this should be a good bike to buy?
