WOW... I am shocked. I bought an Apollo DB-x18 from them about 2 months ago. I called several times prior to the purchase, and got good service every time. When I received my bike it was missing the kick start, I called spoke with Jason, and I had the replacement within a week. Do you know who you spoke with?
I dealt with Jason every time I called, and when making the purchase. I never got the impression that they would act like this if there was an issue.
