The area where those 2 differ from the Motoped, at least in regards to most states in the U.S., is that the Motoped can be used on public roads. The bikes in your links are considered motorcycles/scooters by U.S. law, and since they lack any form of lighting or signals while also having engines over 100cc, means they would not be legal for road use and would require a motorcycle license, or at least a scooter endorsement depending on the State. The ONLY exception to that is the CCW FXr - it has lights and a rear fender, making it possible to register for road use in some states.
