Well it's fixed now, thanks everyone for the help...
It all started when I didn't remove the caliber when I took the wheel off. So when I went to install it I spread the pads to make it easier and I think I inadvertently moved the caliber. The pins it's supposed to float on desperatly needed grease and so I think it binded on the rotor instead of sliding on the pins. Now that I cleaned and greased the pins the caliber moves butter smooth.

Glad to see you got it fixed. Something so simple can just drive you nuts. Must of been infested with some of them Chinese grease worms that eats all the grease out of these bikes.
