Well, we all know how incredibly accurate these Chinabike websites are! LOL!
My Rhino was green sticker for the longest time on SPS's site...then when I went to order, it showed red sticker. I called them. They had it wrong and changed the web page.
Glad to hear they're street legal! Not that I wish CSC any ill-will, they've been nothing less than excellent, but this is a hell of a market here and there's a lot of money to be had for those willing to play. You know what it's like culcune. I'd love to see more variety here.
