In March 2017, Lifan received an executive order to Lifan on the 198cc engines. This means the 198cc (200cc) engines can be sold in California during that model year. Maybe someone can tell us that it may be legal for 2018 and 2019? I dunno. My guess is PSM is selling left over 2017 models.
