Their 198cc engine was certified for the year 2018. It seems more difficult navigating CARB's site, not to mention the certificate only appeared to give engine model numbers, but it did have their 198cc engine with SFI which would mean their KP/KPR 200 bikes. On a related note, both bikes are on the 2019 EPA on-highway list, and are listed for 50 states; my guess when listed for 50 states they intend to get CARB certified, as some bikes state 49 states (as if their manufacturers don't intend to get CARB compliance). According to two people from American Lifan, a third and forth bike with the same 198cc engine are coming (KPT and X-Pect).
