After all the years CARB has been in effect, the fact not a single other State has followed suit with it's guidelines leads me to believe it is in actuality nothing more than more Calilunacy which doesn't do much other than make life more difficult and expensive for it's Residents. If I were a Manufacturer , I certainly wouldn't spend exorbitant sums for California only requirements, when much less would still give me 49 State and Federally legal compliance , conditions are just not that "special" in California to warrant this.
That said I like the looks of the LiFan models and will be following their arrival for sale here in the States .
