I know they make an excellent clone of the Yamaha Virago 250 v-twin, with Delphi fuel injection. I've got one in my Buccaneer and haven't had a single problem with it. There is a cruiser built by Lifan that is coming out with the same motor.
Without knowing all there is to know, I rate Lifan at a high level of refinement, comparable to Japanese makers, though not quite as good.
