If you scroll down, Don has the Bashan BSR 250 'Enforcer' (he named that himself) for $1179. Same bike as the Hawk as far as looks, but it is a Bashan and EPA/DOT certified 49 state legal. Comes geared 17/46 for the street. There are a few differences between it and the Hawk. The BMS would probably be more refined, however, for a little more $.
