Thanks for the info. I remember contemplating a pumper carb for my cold blooded KLX a few years ago but never took the plunge. I have to say that the stock carb on the Brozz has been the best carb I have ever had on a dirt bike. Right out of the box, this bike has fired up instantly and always without choke (down as cold as 40’F). The only thing I had to adjust was the idle and only a little bit. It has great throttle response and nice even power all the way through the RPM range. I can even use the remote starter in cold weather because it doesn’t need any choke. I keep seeing all these videos about carb upgrade and every time I consider it, I have to remind myself not to mess with something that already works well. I would really love to convert to EFI but I think I would be better off just waiting for a Brozz that has it or buying DLX or something.

I am interested in learning more about pumper carbs though. I may look at some videos. I remember with the KLX I got wrapped around the axle trying to figure out the dual throttle cables and just gave up. That bike always started difficult unless you knew exactly how to do it. You had to engage the starter with the choke off and slowly pull the choke out while running the starter until the bike started.

Sorry for rambling, I have had too much coffee! Thanks for the info!
