So, probably over 50 once it's broken in? This will be a game changer, BUT, limited to those who can plate an off-road bike. Yes, it states 'Motorcycle' on the MCO and yes it has all street equipment, but there will be states that will not plate it based on the fact that it is not on the DOT list.

That being said, both Taotao and Boom/Baodiao are blowing their chance to have 50-state legal versions. Baodiao was able to get their 4/5th size 125cc Ninja replica street legal in ALL 50 states on the same certificate as the Vader, so I am sure they could pull off making a mini-dirt bike using the same certificate. Taotao has their Hellcat on its own certificate, but surely they could slip in one of their pitbikes! Like you mentioned, this style of bike is more fun than a Grom or GLV, so surely one of these, or both companies could figure out how to get a pitbike DOT approved for all 50 states?!
