It's not hard if you know what to do or have the know how. Megadan posted above me and he has info on how to do it. But if it were me I would cut the seat foam down first to see how that feels. It would be easier and I personally just don't like the look of a lowered dirt or dual sport bike. But it is your bike and you can do whatever you want with it.
