Like the others said, check for fuel flow. If the line isn't kinked, try disconnecting it and let it flow into a gas safe can or jar. Let it flow for a couple minutes. If it slows or stops, then remove the gas cap to see if it's a venting issue.

If could also be a low float level setting in the carb. The aftermarket carbs I've gotten havent been even close to correct.

Last but not least, if you're still running the stock spark plug, they have been known to have fouling issues.
