It's likely to be odds and ends like tie rods, shocks, carburetor etc. but if it aint broke, don't fix it.

The only specific part I would spend time and money on is the tie rods. The stock tie rods are outdated garbage and you waste a lot of time aligning the front end with them.
You won't even need to buy Raptor tie rods, just a spindle adjust tie rod set.
Outside of that specific part, mine is covered in upgrades no Raptor on earth has.
I added jumbo diameter fuel line.
Z-bars.
Glass pack muffler with bypass insert.
A half dozen flood/fog lights, gutted the stock headlight and stuck small light bars inside.
New brake light.
Tons of custom decals and paint.
Heat wrap for the exhaust pipe which was also painted with heat shielding.

So what you're asking is irrational.
I will add a custom coil and higher end plug soon, an oil cooler and mod my intake further to have a massive open face.
When I am done, this thing will hit 60mph.
As I learn the engine mechanically at the engineering level, I will eventually turbo charge it. I'm damn near ready for a new set of rear tires the thing is such a beast. The final goal is to get a transfer title because I can make it street legal in Ohio.
