That is a stock bore (67mm) cylinder. Yes, it will work.
IF you are looking for a big bore cylinder, it will be called a 300cc cylinder. 70mm bore. Two CRUCIAL things to look for if you do want one:
1 - the base of the cylinder sleeve that sticks out of the bottom NEEDS to be 73mm O.D.. Most are 75mm. If you get a 75mm unit it has to be machined down to fit in the 250cc engine case.
2 - The wrist pin for the piston NEEDS to be 16mm. There are 18mm 300cc pistons out there as well. Those will not work.
