Figured while I had my carb out I'd take the intake horn with me to the auto parts store and see if they could match up a thermostat housing gasket to it. They found a very close match...

Gasket is made by Fel-Pro. Autozone part number is 35368. Applications on packaging are for:

Ford V6 1993-2002
Nissan V6 1986-2004
