I did a little more reading on that particular Yamaha out of curiosity. It may well be a total clone of the original bike. The rear fake exhaust is just a decoration and the real rear pipe goes down and comes down out from underneath the rear frame/swing arm area. It wouldn't be too hard to lay on the ground and look up under that part of the bike and verify if it is indeed a fake one.
