Amen! In my youth I shoveled tons of wet, heavy snow in Pennsylvania. Fortunately, the Idaho skies drop a dry, powdery snow.

If possible, attempt to sweep/shovel the snow off your awning, AZ. Even if you don't get all the snow off the awning, you can still lighten the load considerably.

I think I have figured out a way, I can't stand on it but I think if I toss a bunch of ice melt on it it will make the melting process go much faster. More snow expected wednsday 8O
