My feelings exactly. Add to that the nuisance of returning broken tools, and you'll shop elsewhere. I get pretty tired of trying to explain that the teeth in a ratchet are stripped to a non-technical person that is also refunding small appliances.

BTW, Princess carries some brand name tools, and their return policy is hassle-free.
