The break may be only marketing?

Has you friend that is a dealer been offered an option from Bennchi?
Does he carry any big four brands?

If the first is yes then the second is yes as well? If the first is no then the second may be the reason.

The megelli is not an ordinary chinese product, they are not really mishandling it but they kind of are.

The megelli IMO should have been marketed as a Megelli and the Bennchi name is uneeded. If they chose to offer the bike through a seperated distribution system then that is totally redundent and does nothting but add unit costs. They can market them seperately but the sharing of distribution is totally neccessary to keep costs down and to ever have any real growth.
