Re: The Arrow.............again "up" in all the usual places and there is a companion CBC documentary along with it.
The CBC goes to great lengths to dispel the theory the cancellation of the Arrow was a "Conservative thing", or that if was a french-English "thing" (the airplanes the DND ended up with were built by Canadair in Montreal). I think as Canadians we can accurately guess that it was one, or both of the reasons. It is interesting that ex AVROW employees were sucked up by worldwide leaders in the aviation/space sector.
