Daelim has a bike made by Shineray they call it the Roadwin and offer it under there name in the USA but only as a 4 valve 125cc? They offer no HP or TQâ€¦but Shineray is attempting to sell it as well in a 250cc version. The kicker is that Daelim has it for $3,290.00 MSRP!

They cannot do it, it is not the EPA its that nobody can figure out how to market and distribute them?
