First of all, I believe I know why the bike won't start. Your CDI unit, which appears identical to mine, seems to have a bulge where the capacitor burst. If you replace the CDI unit, the bike should start. You also appear to have the same regulator/rectifier.

You have a Teikei, MV30 carburetor, slightly larger than my Zong's Teikei, MV28 carburetor. All the Zong carburetor information I posted in the Zong Sticky applies; you can use the same Mikuni jets.
