Venom was very prompt with getting back to me with suggestions and more picture requests. I figured I could fix it myself, so I rummaged through my junk drawer and found a brass fitting from ??? for a spacer. Upped the preload quite a bit (I am 6'1 and about 320 lbs). Much better now
Now the hard part... breaking it in nicely
