So call me crazy.
I did it again and bought another bike. I've been wanting the Lycan 250 ever since it came out a few years back, but was never in stock when I was able to buy one. I owned a 1989 Yamaha Route 66, better known as the V Star 250 now for many years and loved that bike. With the EPA giving Lifan along with other Chinese manufacture trouble on getting EPA approval, American Lifan has only gotten one bike approved, The KP Mini 150RS. It doesn't look promising that the rest of the Lifan line will get any approval for 2024. Venom Motorsports has bought up the remaining KPX 250 and Lycan 250 stock in order to make sure the have Lifan bikes to sell this year. This is wee i decided I'll buy the Lycan just so i could have one. It made sine in my head anyway. lol The bike is scheduled to be delivered on Wednesday.
I'm also looking to get a nice touring bike and sell the Vulcan S. I plan on starting to do some long road trips, so need to upgrade to something more suited. I'm looking at several different option from buying used and new.
