I certainly won't deal with Pitster Pro again. No answer to emails inquiring about purchasing a bike, no response to parts questions, no response to phone calls and messages left. The only time I received any sort of response from Pitster is after I wrote them a couple unfriendly emails pertaining to their poor customer service. Even in this instance, the response emails were brief and apathetic.
