I connected my laptop with PCHud and got the error code 49 as current, reconnected the O2 sensor and the error code moved to historic faults. Interesting to see now though the O2 voltage is stuck at 1017mV and not fluctuating with throttle change, assuming it needs to recalibrate to the ECU maybe before it's read properly?
The O2 sensor voltage normally fluctuates in a sine wave, and this voltage fluctuation does show up when you make a graph of it. However, the PCHud display usually indicates a voltage of 1017 mv when the O2 sensor is operating properly.
