Cutting the original bracket to work w new motor.
Waiting for spokes and additional bracket to proceed with swap.
New motor is same bolt pattern almost as old one except lowest bolt hole is farther apart and the clutch side motor bolt lugs are wider then old motor from center of engine cases. So splitting frame bracket will allow spacers to make up difference on clutch side. Then I need to add metal to get down to the bottom motor mounting bolt. Also cut out a significant portion to clear where the "baby bump" balancer shaft sticks out in front of motor.
Then the problem of no spark at S'Plug. How to diagnose that to get wiring straightened out? Everything else works electric wise just no fire in the hole. rj
