If you can get your hands on a mig welder, set a nut over the broken stud and weld the nut to the stud from the inside then unscrew it. Works nearly every time.

The exhaust studs are snapped off. I don't know if I can remove them or not. Odds of finding a jug are pretty much zero I'd imagine, right?
