What CSC was able to do is get a cheap Chinese enduro bike 50 state legal. It ends up costing several hundred more than similar competitors' bikes (i.e. Bashan's several enduros or RPS's very popular Hawk), but you get a bike that you can register anywhere in the US, and more importantly, in California! Most every cheap mail-order enduro has been Californians need not apply, but finally, this one is NOT one of them.
As far as it is--cheap enduros need extra love.
