Nothing to see here folks, everything is normal with your stalling Chinese bike... just go back to riding your RX3 after you add this statement to the CSC owners manual... must have gotten lost somewhere in translation but I found it and here it is properly translated for you

"To prevent stalling of the high quality Zongshen engine and to prevent problems with the Delphi EFI system - 1) Set valve clearances before every time you plan to ride your RX3. 2) Add Lucas Fuel Treatment to every tank of gas. 3) 'Blip' the throttle at least 2 or 3 times quickly every time you pull in the clutch lever and the RPMs begin to drop down below 3,000"
