You can get polyurethane bushings by dimensions and since they're stiffer they don't need to be machine pressed like the rubber ones. You can leave the outer sleeve in the swingarm and use the inner sleeve you pulled with a poly bushing finger pressed in. The bushing will need a shoulder to stay in place and you'll need to have room for that, don't know if there is. If you wanna get fancy drill it for a grease nipple in case it gets squeaky down the road. Bearings can also be searched by specs; ID, OD, width, seal type.
