A bit of an update, sort of...
Was able to finally get some time to look at the petcock. Couldn't see anything with a flashlight. Couldn't find a match or lighter
Pulled the tank off and drained via the petcock on the regular position. Hmmm. If I had a blockage, shouldn't the flow be restricted? Flipped to reserve. No change in flow. Flipped back to regular and drained the remaining fuel. About 2 gallons. Pulled the bowl off the bottom of the petcock. No debris.
While I had the tank off, I checked and adjusted the valves (1,500 mile estimated between kilo-miles and real miles) and bled the front brake that was getting soft.
Also installed some additional lighting on the TT.
Got it all put back together. Refilled with gas from a different can. Cranked it up with the petcock in the regular position, did a few laps around the neighborhood, idled for a few minutes. No issues, chocking, gagging, or stalls. So, whatever was causing the issue has been dislodged, dissolved, or otherwise disappeared. We'll see if the hiccup returns.
Installed some lighting on the RX-3 as well.
