The screen is located at the left side, right near the shifter. It is behind a large nut that requires a 24mm socket, IIRC. It is placed so that the oil will drain properly from that spot while the bike is on the kickstand. That said, I'd also use the drain plug that is under the engine, if so equipped.
That is definitely a Honda clone, but the plastic shroud prevents me from seeing the top end. If you care to show us pics of the top of the engine, we can narrow it down further.
