Ditched the boot on Tuesday. I'm hobbling around like my Dad now. The first few steps out of the chair are awful, then I meld into a gimpy old guys' gait. PT has been going pretty good though I'm pretty beat up when finished.

I asked PT guy about maybe joining a gym but not something that brags about 'boot camp' training. At my age, something like Tai Chi is more my speed. So far, no luck.

I also managed to kick start the Ural yesterday, not that I wanted to. I've been chasing down a wonky fog light problem on the sidecar and found the harness hasn't survived several midwestern winters. Finding that out drained the battery.
