The other is under a lil cap on the right hand side which you may have to knock out with a punch from the opposite side if it hasn't been removed in years/decades. Yes, they are 705s. not the greatest for dirt/sand/mud, but I plan on some street riding and hard packed dirt roads to get some experience on the bike before I do anything adventurous.

...and yes...you made me take the rear wheel off again.
